- 280 grams frozen banana slices - about 2 cups
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt - use vegan if needed
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup of almond milk - or as needed
Instructions
- Add 1/4 cup of almond milk to a blender jug.
- Add the yogurt, bananas, cashew butter, flaxseed and then cocoa powder.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, until everything comes together and starts to smooth out.
- Scrape down the sides and add more almond milk if needed.
- Blend until smooth, about another minute or two.
- Scoop the mixture into a bowl and garnish as you like.
