What is a plant-based diet?

A plant-based diet is all about focusing on foods that come from plants. It doesn’t mean you have to completely cut out meat or dairy, but the idea is to fill your plate with more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

Meal planning can be overwhelming and stressful. This can happen whether you’ve been following the same diet for a long time – sometimes you get stuck in a rut and bored of what you’re eating. Or maybe you just have a busy week or month and you need dinner planning to be someone else’s responsibility.

This can also happen when you’re transitioning to a new way of eating. You might be used to the way you have been eating and aren’t sure how to move forward. Maybe you just want new ideas or need help with grocery shopping.

This meal plan is here to solve all of those problems.

My new 7-Day plant-based diet meal plan includes everything you need to get started: the meal plan, grocery list, recipes, and even a prep list.

This plan includes dinners only so it’s not overwhelming. You don’t have to meal prep 5 of the same lunches and get bored of it half way through the week.

This is a beginner plan, meant to help solve the problem of dinner.

I do have new meal plans on the way though – and they’ll help solve the problem of making all of your weekly meals. BUT it won’t be boring. You won’t have 21 stacked glass containers with only 1 option for each meal.
