You can use apple cider vinegar, or rose vinegar, or red wine vinegar.Makes about 1/2 cup of dressing. The serving size listed is to make calculating nutrition possible.
simple ingredients: the ingredients for this dressing are all very simple and there aren’t that many so it’s pretty important to use the best ones you can find, especially a good quality olive oil. Fresh lemon juice is zippier than bottled, but bottled is fine too.
shake it: shake the dressing well to mix everything together evenly. Do this every time you use the dressing because the oregano and spices can sink to the bottom. You can see this in the photos.
meal prep: this is the perfect recipe to double or triple and use during the week. Just store the dressing in an airtight container like a mason jar with a lid and store it in the fridge. The olive oil will thicken up as it starts to solidify – this is normal in cold temperatures. Just let the dressing sit on the counter for 10-20 minutes before you use it. Shake well!
