Roasted jalapeños are a great addition to grain bowls and potato bowls. You can blend them into sauces or eat them whole. Add them to salads, nachos, burgers, or sandwiches.
Prep: Cut the stem off of the jalapeños. You can leave them whole, halve them, or halve and deseed them.
Season: Place the jalapeños in the air fryer basket, lightly drizzle with oil and then season with salt and pepper.
Air fry for 5 minutes and then flip the peppers over. Air fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Serve right away or let cool and refrigerate until needed.
Optional: To peel the skins off, place the hot peppers in a bowl after air frying and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to steam and then scrape the skin off with a spoon or knife.
